We were apprehensive when we reached the location. But the behavior of the staff, was ohh so exceptional!! Such warm loving caring staff especially the Manager Mr Sandeep and house keeping staff Shivam were so well behaved and welcoming. My senior citizen parents were travelling with me and the staff behavior was so respectful for senior citizens. Thanks so much.

The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable. Sheets and bedding was clean. Noise was minimal. The gym was good to use. The restaurant was great and a decent value for the money. Staff were great

Except for one occasion all the staff were very courteous and were ready to help with a smile. The room size is good too along with beds. The beds are quite comfortable. The hotel permits family to stay together. Really wonderful. Keep it up.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Rakesh Rajput is one of the good staff helps in room service. Breakfast doesn’t have much options but what ever served is good.

Front office staff is very supportive and disciplined. Always ready to provide the services needed. Mr. Yogesh Pareek especially deserved appreciation due to his politeness, support, and behavior. In short front desk deserves all appreciation.
